Adding waterless humidification to your therapy with the Transcend Micro is quick and easy with Transcend AirMist HME packs! The HME, or Heat Moisture Exchanger, uses humidity from your exhaled breath to humidify incoming air for greater comfort while traveling with your CPAP.

Important Tips

1. Remove the HME cartridge from the foil package. Handle by the plastic shroud, not the foam core.
2. Unscrew the HME adapter bottom from the HME adapter top and place the HME filter inside the HME adapter bottom.
3. Place the HME adapter top onto the HME adapter bottom and gently turn the top until the adapter compresses together on the HME filter.
4. Securely attach the HME adapter bottom to your hose.
5. Securely attach the HME adapter top to your mask.

The AirMist HME filter is not cleanable and should be replaced after three to seven days of use.

The AirMist HME Adapter should be cleaned after every week of use, or whenever you replace your AirMist HME filter.
